キャンセル・返金ポリシー
Cancellation & Refund Policy

サービス：ご予約確定後のキャンセルにつきましては、以下のポリシーに基づき対応いたします。
AY. scent & design は少人数制・準備型の体験サービスのため、材料費・会場費などが事前に発生いたします。
そのため、キャンセルの時期に応じて以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。

• 開催3日前まで：無料キャンセル（全額返金）
• 開催2日前〜当日：参加費の100％（準備費用等の実費相当分）
• 無断キャンセル：参加費の100％

天候や主催者都合により開催を中止する場合は、速やかにご連絡のうえ、全額返金いたします。
サービス提供後の返金・返品には応じかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

商品：各販売プラットフォームの規約に基づきキャンセル・返金に応じます。

Services: After your booking is confirmed, cancellations will be handled as follows:
AY. scent & design provides small-group, preparation-based workshops, which require advance purchase of materials and venue arrangements.
Therefore, cancellation fees are charged according to the timing below:

• Up to 3 days before the event: Free cancellation (full refund)
• Within 2 days to the event day: 100% of the participation fee (to cover preparation costs)
• No-show without notice: 100% of the participation fee

If a workshop is canceled due to weather or organizer circumstances, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not available after the service has been provided.

Products:  Will accept cancellation and refund according to each external platform’s terms and policies.

返品・交換
Returns & Exchanges

商品の不良・破損など当社の責による場合を除き、返品・交換はお受けできません。
返品条件・手続きは各販売プラットフォームの規定に準じます。
