そんな中、リピーター様や遠方からのお客様が足を運んでくださいました。
IAPAスタイリストを学ばれているリピーター様は、
今回はトワレミストとタグをセレクト。
2度目の時間は、やはり深い。
同じ長野で香りを愛する者同士、
精油の揺らぎや、ブレンドの余韻について
静かに、そして少しマニアックに語り合いました。
旅の途中に立ち寄ってくださった方は、
「信州の空気って、こんな匂いがする気がします」と。
ある男性は、言葉より先に目を閉じ、
ただ、呼吸だけで香りを受け取る。
お疲れのご様子だった方も、
ゆっくりと深く息を吸い込み、
そのまましばらく動かずにいらっしゃいました。
香りに詳しいお客様は、
単体のノートごとに丁寧に分析。
その一言一言が、
私自身の感覚をも研ぎ澄ませてくれます。
同じ空間。
同じ香り。
けれど、
感じ方は一人ひとり違う。
その違いこそが、
香りという目に見えないデザインの面白さ。
その人の記憶や、その日の体温や、
心の奥にある何かと混ざり合って、
はじめて「その人だけの香り」になる。
本日の人気は「Valentine」。
甘さの奥に、ほんの少しの爽快な静けさ。
季節の境目に似合うブレンドです。
遠方よりお越しくださった皆さま、
本当にありがとうございました。

The air shifted suddenly.
Winter still lingered, yet something softer — almost floral — began to rise.
On such a day, we welcomed returning guests and visitors from afar to our studio in Matsumoto, Nagano.
A returning guest, currently studying to become an IAPA stylist, selected a toilette mist and custom scent tags.
When someone returns for a second blending experience, the conversation deepens.
As fellow fragrance lovers in Nagano, we found ourselves immersed in detailed discussions about essential oil nuances, balance, and the quiet architecture of scent.
A traveler stopped by during their journey through Shinshu, curious about the region’s natural air and locally sourced essential oils.
“This feels like the scent of Shinshu,” they said gently.
One gentleman closed his eyes before speaking — choosing first to breathe.
Another guest, appearing slightly tired, took slow, steady breaths and remained still, letting the fragrance settle.
A fragrance enthusiast carefully analyzed each single note, offering thoughtful impressions.
Their words refined my own perception in return.
Same space.
Same scent.
Yet every experience was different.
That difference — shaped by memory, emotion, and the subtle temperature of the day — is what makes natural fragrance design endlessly fascinating.
Scent is invisible, yet it designs atmosphere.
It lingers not only in air, but in memory.
Today’s favorite was “Valentine.”
Softly sweet, gently grounded — a blend perfectly suited to this seasonal transition.
